At Spa H Rio, all bookings are scheduled by appointment, ensuring privacy, punctuality, and excellence in every service.
Below, you will find the policies and guidelines designed to maintain an organized, respectful, and high-quality experience for both our clients and therapists.
We understand that unexpected situations can happen, and whenever possible, we aim to offer flexibility within the availability of our schedule.
Rescheduling can be done according to availability.
Same‑day changes to the reservation are not allowed.
In case of any unforeseen situation, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible via WhatsApp.
Each situation can be evaluated individually, seeking a balanced solution whenever there is availability within the schedule.
Our goal is to maintain a transparent, respectful, and professional relationship, ensuring a high‑standard experience for all clients.
If the deposit payment for the reserved time has been made, or if advance payment was completed,
the refund will only be possible for cancellations requested up to the day before the scheduled date.
After this period, the amount paid may be retained as compensation for the reserved time slot.
Up to 10 minutes: tolerated, with no impact on the session.
From 15 to 30 minutes: If there is availability in the schedule, the final session price may need to be adjusted according to the additional time required.
For delays over 30 minutes: it will be considered a no‑show.
In situations where there is no prior notice of any kind, the amount paid may be retained, considering the exclusive reservation of the time slot, the therapist, and the facilities.
O Spa H Rio maintains a service policy based on respect, professionalism, and common sense.
All reservations involve real operational costs related to facilities, hygiene, and the professional’s availability.
These rules were created to protect both the client and the therapists, ensuring fair use of scheduled time slots and maintaining the quality standard that defines the spa.
