An appointment is only considered valid after confirmation via WhatsApp containing:

• Date and time
• Complete instructions
To validate the appointment, the client must reply confirming the information received.
Without this confirmation, the appointment is not valid.
Spa H Rio does not have a reception desk. Therapists arrive exclusively at the confirmed time, ensuring full privacy and exclusivity during the session.
Appointments can be made through SimplyBook, the platform used to check available time slots and make online reservations.
After booking, you must send a WhatsApp message informing us of the reservation to ensure proper validation of the scheduled time.
Without WhatsApp confirmation, the appointment may not be considered valid.
Each time slot is reserved exclusively, blocking both the therapist and the room.
Spa H Rio operates with a limited number of sessions per day, prioritizing quality, individual attention, and better schedule organization.
Each reservation represents a commitment between the client and the spa.
Sessions of 60 and 90 minutes refer exclusively to massage time.
There is an average tolerance of up to 10 minutes for changing clothes and finishing the session.
For greater comfort, 90‑minute sessions allow for a smoother, more progressive, and complete experience.
Online reservations may require partial advance payment as a deposit.
The deposit refers exclusively to securing the appointment time and will be deducted from the total amount at the session.
Blocking the schedule ensures exclusivity of the professional, the room, and the necessary structure for the service.
